KV Library Policy 2012

Dear All,

I am happy to inform you that the draft of the New Library Policy is finalized by the Policy Revision Committee , a few days ago.

There are some main revisions/amendments those should be approved by the BOG, like the recruitment of Library Asst, Change of designation as TGT(LIS), Number of books that could be written off, infrastructure development, etc. We are expecting the approval at the next BOG.

Then there will be a translation of the Policy into Hindi. So, most probably the new Policy will come into effect from the next Academic Year (2014-’15).
